We loved the peaceful hillside location with great views. The spacious apartments with well-appointed facilities were impressive. The hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Additionally, the complimentary Christmas and New Year's Eve dinner by the staff was a kind gesture.

We stayed in a spacious apartment with great facilities, beautiful wooden interior in the breakfast restaurant & amazing views of Patong bay/sunset. the hotel provided a shuttle service into the nearby town, where we enjoyed cheap meals at No 6 restaurant. Despite the hillside location behind the town/ in neighbors unfenced area, we felt safe with friendly staff. Our manageress resolved issues quickly including faulty air conditioning. We enjoyed the peaceful, tranquil setting & great pool.

There were limited English-speaking TV channels.

We loved staying at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for us, nestled on a peaceful hillside with a stunning view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. They even provided a free taxi service down the hill, which was a life-saver. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the in-room spa, which was a wonderful treat after a long day of exploring. In the morning, we looked forward to the delicious breakfast with freshly brewed coffee. The pool was also a highlight, a great place to relax and take a dip. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to other families.

The hotel was situated in a peaceful location and the staff were fantastic. the rooms were spacious, and the view was great. the breakfast was perfect, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel provided shuttle services to the city which was convenient. One of the best aspects was the gym which had enough equipment for a good workout. Overall it was a great stay.

The Wi-Fi connection was not consistent and there were some issues with the toilet drainage system. the location of the hotel was a bit of a challenge, as it was situated on a hill, therefore not an option for those with mobility issues.
